We at Milton Gems have had a new look lately. Nothing too different but just a new theme to the pages and we how it makes it easier for people to navigate and see our products.

Apart from the look of the pages we’ve also been busy adding more products from different suppliers. One of the new ranges is the Little Diamonds range of silver children’s jewellery set with diamonds.

Each beautiful piece comes with a presentation box making it ideal for being given as a gift.
We’re also putting some more ranges on so keep a look out!

August 7th, 2007 — Kit Heath Silver Children's
Another part of the Kit Heath designer children’s collection are these pretty silver guardian angels. Standing on a circular birthstone, you can choose the one for the month required. The picture to the left is peridot which is the august birthstone and a rather fetching green.
The silver chain is 12 inches long but it has a 2 inch extender if required so will fit a wide range of children. It’s a solid 4.5 grams in weight.
As with all Kit Heath jewellery, it comes in a very nice designer presentation box – the children’s box is a colourful red and includes a bag as well which is ideal for this childs necklace.
All in all, this kids birthstone necklace is a great present – choose the childs birth month and you’re away!
You can find more children’s jewellery here.

August 2nd, 2007 — Kit Heath Silver Children's
A new feature of the Kit Heath children’s silver range of jewellery are the beads. They are mainly letters but there also other types of symbols such as butterflies, heart, dots etc. There are special bead necklaces and bead bracelets that are designed to go with the Kit Heath beads and they’re not static. What I mean by that is one day, your child might want her name spelt out on her bracelet or necklace. The next day, however, she might want her pets name, or friend or whatever
The beads are 0.8cm across and they’re made of silver and coloured enamel – both sides have the letter on it but with different coloured enamel for greater versatility.
These beads and necklaces / bracelets make wonderful gifts and we’ve only had them up a few days and they’ve been selling well – they make great gifts. In fact, we recently went to France and in a local restaurant was a lovely waitress who is often helped by her daughter – Samia. We thought it would be nice to send a bracelet with her name in beads. We will be going back soon and even though we can’t understand each other, I hope to see the look on her face when she wears it.
Take a look at our range in the alphabet bead category – part of the children’s jewellery category.

August 2nd, 2007 — Kit Heath Silver Children's
I mentioned the other day that we were adding the new Kit Heath Children’s range of jewellery to our site and we have – you can find it in the Children’s jewellery section.
There is a great selection of new items from pretty bracelets to cute necklaces. Children’s earrings and bracelets are there too which is good to see. Two things I like is their new range of Children’s alphabet beads – you can make your own bracelets or necklaces and Children’s birthstone necklaces. Both of these I’ll write a seperate post about as I feel they deserve it.

April 11th, 2007 — Silver D for Diamonds
We at Milton Gems have a nice selection of children’s lockets in our Children’s range of jewellery - both in silver and in gold.
Made to have a little keepsake placed in it such as a picture, lockets and chains keep something loved close to their heart. A nice childs locket would also make a great Christening gift.
Our most popular childs locket can be seen to the left – it comes in a lilac coloured musical gift box and is a pretty little silver locket on a chain. Our most popular gold childs locket is heart shaped with pink enamel and has a little diamond in the centre. It comes with a lilac box.
Below I’ve shown some more images of our range of children’s lockets.

March 30th, 2007 — Silver D for Diamonds
Call me a softy but it’s nice to see a baby that’s all pink and cute and arounds its little wrist is a nice piece of baby jewellery. Take the image of the silver baby bangle to the left as an example – it’s silver and has Angel written on it which is quite appropriate. It is adjustable and it suitable for a baby from 0 to 2 years (depending on his or her size, of course).
We also have babies bracelets so take a look and see what your little one would look best with and we even have a category for baby boy jewellery.

March 30th, 2007 — Silver D for Diamonds
Any child would look even cuter with a nice silver sea horse set of jewellery. We have a sea horse pendant, sea horse bracelet . They are all from the well respected girls D for Diamonds jewellery range so, obviously, they have a diamond which, in the case of the seahorses, are the eye.
The zip charm has a lobster claw which allows you to attach it to (almost) anything – zips, clothes, etc. and is approx 15mm x 8mm in size. The pendant is approx 18mm x 8mm and it comes with a 14″ silver chain. The seahorse bracelet is 14cm – 16cm / 5 1/2″ – 6 1/4″ (adjustable) and has a number of pretty pink cats eye glass beads.
As with all D for Diamonds jewellery, each item comes with a pretty lilac coloured presentation box.
We have a nice children’s jewellery range – there’s four sections. One is boys jewellery, another is girls silver jewellery. Then there’s girls gold jewellery and finally Kit Heath jewellery – which is an exclusive designer range.

March 14th, 2007 — Kit Heath Silver Children's
Take a look at our childs initial pendant to the left – it has a diamond in it and includes a 14″ silver chain and includes a “babies” box. The size of the pendant, obviously, depends on the letter but an example is the M is 7mm wide. All are approx 6mm tall (not including the bale). The pendant is part of our Kit Heath children’s range of jewellery which we have only just put on.
As mentioned, the initial pendant comes with a silver chain so would make a great present for a child.
You can see more from our children’s jewellery here.

March 5th, 2007 — Boys Jewellery
For quite a while we’ve been selling children’s jewellery and while had some boys jewellery (a few pieces), the majority was for girls – especially silver. However, we’ve recently been asked a few times if we have a larger range of jewellery for boys so we decided to put some more pieces on.
Click here to see our boys silver and gold jewellery category
While there’s not as many pieces as there are for girls, the boys jewellery comes with a very nice blue presentation box so they are perfect for gifts for young boys.
Take a peek – we have two pages up at the moment – boys jewellery 1 and boys jewellery 2 – and I hope to get some positive (or negative – we want to improve!) feedback on the pieces.

January 10th, 2007 — Gold D for Diamonds, Silver D for Diamonds
We at Milton Gems jewellery have a number of children’s lockets – and here are two of them. One is a silver locket and the other is a gold locket and they have a diamond in the centre of the heart. Both come from our D for Diamonds range which means that a) quality is guaranteed and b) they’re presented well – they come in a nice lilac presentation box so they are ready to be given as a gift.
Complete with a 14″ chain, you have the option to have these children’s lockets hand giftwrapped to make them even more special.
See more of this children’s silver locket. You can see more girls silver jewellery here.
They are easily opened and you can choose what you want to put in them – a small picture, for example, would be perfect.
All in all, these silver and gold children’s lockets make a great present for your little one.

November 16th, 2006 — Childrens Jewellery
Children’s bangles have proven to be extremely popular. We have christening bangles and general christening jewellery which are great – they’re generally unadorned or very simple but general bangles for kids are usually more colourful. Take a look at our silver childrens and babies bangles here and the gold babies and childrens bangles here.
If you want to see the full childrens range of jewellery click here or go straight to the front page of Milton Gems.

November 6th, 2006 — Childrens Jewellery
Childrens jewellery are one of the types of jewellery that we decided to concentrate on when Milton Gems was created and the suppliers that we decided to use give you the opportunity to have richly coloured pieces of silver or gold jewellery or plainer items that would be perfect.
We have seperated our collection into two pieces – silver children’s jewellery and gold children’s jewellery. We have a boys range of jewellery which we are adding to as we speak.
We have found our little silver clipon charms to be popular (see the purple handbag below). We also have other items such as silver picture frames (the one below comes with a musical presentation box) and also a first tooth container – saved as a precious momento.
So, feel free to check out our children’s jewellery – click and have a browse.
